Luis is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience leading residential, commercial, and public infrastructure construction projects across Mexico. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, with his degree formally evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

With years of hands-on field leadership, Luis has managed a wide range of projects including concrete paving, drainage systems, water infrastructure, public buildings, schools, clinics, roofing structures, and municipal improvements. Through GESPRO Construcciones, he has successfully delivered high-quality construction work focused on durability, safety, and long-term value for local communities.
